Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our supplier warehouses. Estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 7–20 business days
- Europe: 10–25 business days
- Rest of World: 15–35 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. Free shipping may be available on selected products.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at shopbedora@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
